Meet Brian Gardner

Brian has been a proud resident of New Providence for over 20 years, where he and his wife—an accomplished high school engineering teacher and a crafter—are raising their two children in the local school district. With an M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University and professional certifications in project management and strategic leadership, Brian brings deep expertise in planning, policy, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as Chief Information Officer at a community college, where he is a member of the senior leadership team, manages a multimillion-dollar budget, and chairs a college-wide initiative dedicated to putting students first. An Eagle Scout and active town volunteer, Brian has a strong record of service, including leadership roles in nonprofits and a lifelong commitment to building stronger, more inclusive communities.
